Spring Break Fun at the Museum

All week from March 23rd to March 30th, join us for Spring Break Fun!  There will be FREE sailor hat decorating, Hidden Object Game with prizes!!  There will be refreshments on the Weekend!  Come have fun rain or shine!  Don't stay bored at home, come visit the gals at the museum!  It does cost $4 for adults and $3 for seniors. Kids 10 years and younger are FREE!

Oregon Coast Trail Party – Cape Lookout

Come join Trailkeepers of Oregon as we begin work on the Oregon Coast Trail at Cape Lookout! Overview: With your help we'll be clearing brush and decommissioning switchback shortcuts on the South Trail. In this program  you  will learn how to prevent or overcome the 10 high risk factors, recognize the symptoms and discuss what may be  missing from you diet.  You will also learn how to overcome grief and loss, learn about light box therapy, the use of  medications and more.  You will also learn about the role of  enhancing brain  function to conquer depression for good.  Depression and anxiety does not have to be a lifelong condition.  Costs will be discussed on…

Free Prediabetes screening and year long diabetes prevention program orientation.

On April !st at the YMCA we will be doing free prediabetes, body mass index and blood pressure screenings.  This event is a community event in partnership with Northwest Senior and Disability, Tillamook County Wellness, Tillamook County Community Health Center and Adventist Health.   The free screenings are from 11:00 to noon and the year long Diabetes Prevention Program will be from noon to 1:00 pm.
