An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 16, 2018
This program will help you learn new ways to deal with issues caused by many chronic
conditions. Over the 6 weeks we will cover such topics as handling stress, depression,
talking to your provider, managing medications, and fighting fatigue and frustrations.
Group discussion is the basis for this program developed by Stanford University.
