Living Well with Chronic Conditions

An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 27, 2018
This program will help you learn new ways to deal with issues caused by many chronic conditions. Over 6 weeks, we will cover such topics as handling stress, depression, talking to your provider, managing medications, and fighting fatigue and frustrations. Group discussion is the basis for this program developed by Stanford University. No charge, but registration is required.
