If you have diabetes or prediabetes, there’s hope for change. Diabetes Undone is a dynamic course that will empower you to address the root causes of disease through simple lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, exercise, comprehensive testing, stress management and more.
Dr. Wes Youngberg, author of Goodbye Diabetes, and Brenda Davis, world-renowned dietitian, will guide you through a hope-filled journey to undo your disease and reclaim your health. The local program contains a short video-based lecture, cooking demos, taste testing and class discussions by a local instructor. The once-a-week sessions are held over 8 weeks.
